SwiftRename is designed with a "Local-First" philosophy. Your construction plans, drawings, and documents never leave your computer. All OCR processing is performed entirely offline within your local environment.
To provide our services, we collect limited information through our payment processor, Stripe:
We do not store or have access to your credit card details; these are handled securely by Stripe.
SwiftRename's AI learning capabilities are strictly confined to your local installation. The patterns learned from your naming preferences are stored locally on your machine to improve your specific workflow and are not shared with us or any third parties.
The only third-party service we use is Stripe for subscription management and payment processing. You can manage your data via the Stripe Customer Portal.
